Structural Components
Eligible defects affecting chair frames, desk frames, workstation supports, shelving structures, partitions, bases, and other load-bearing components.
Thoughtful workspaces depend on products that perform reliably. This policy explains how ErgoVora supports eligible manufacturing defects, how to submit a claim, and what to expect during the review process.
ErgoVora provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser for eligible products purchased directly from our store. Unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page or in the product documentation, coverage lasts for 12 months beginning on the confirmed delivery date.
This warranty supports verified defects in materials or workmanship that affect the intended function of an eligible product during normal indoor office or home-workspace use.
Coverage may apply to products across ErgoVora's ergonomic seating, desk and workstation, monitor and computer ergonomics, office storage, organization, lighting, comfort, and space management collections.
A warranty claim addresses a product defect. A preference change, sizing concern, or unwanted item is handled under the applicable return and exchange terms rather than this warranty.
Coverage is determined after reviewing the product, reported issue, proof of purchase, photographs or video, assembly history, and evidence of normal use.
Eligible defects affecting chair frames, desk frames, workstation supports, shelving structures, partitions, bases, and other load-bearing components.
Eligible failures involving supplied adjustment mechanisms, approved casters, hinges, brackets, locks, control levers, mounting plates, or manufacturer-installed hardware.
Eligible defects involving standing desk motors, control boxes, keypads, integrated power components, and task-lighting electrical systems when used with the specified power requirements.
Missing, malformed, or unusable supplied components that prevent correct assembly when the product is assembled according to the included instructions.
Verified defects in upholstery, molded parts, metalwork, wood-based components, glass, plastics, acoustic materials, or finishes that are not consistent with normal variation or wear.
A covered product that can no longer perform its primary intended function because of a verified manufacturing or workmanship defect within the applicable coverage period.
The standard 12-month period begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier. A replacement product or replacement component does not restart the original coverage period unless required by applicable law.
If a product page or manufacturer document provides a longer written warranty, the longer stated period applies to that specific product or component.
Keep your order confirmation and product labels. They help our team identify the correct model, component, and applicable coverage.
The warranty does not cover damage or performance changes caused by use, handling, installation, environmental conditions, or modifications outside the product's intended specifications.
Normal compression, softening, surface marks, finish aging, fading, pilling, minor scratches, caster wear, mat wear, and gradual changes caused by regular use are not manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by incorrect assembly, omitted hardware, unsupported wall or desk mounting, unsuitable surfaces, improper electrical connections, or failure to follow supplied instructions is excluded.
Coverage excludes falls, impacts, liquid exposure, fire, excessive heat, outdoor exposure, pet damage, improper cleaning, moving damage, exceeding weight limits, or use beyond the product's intended purpose.
Drilling, cutting, rewiring, structural changes, third-party repairs, non-approved replacement parts, or modifications that alter the original design may void coverage for the affected component.
Batteries, bulbs, adhesive strips, disposable accessories, replaceable pads, surface protectors, and other items intended to wear or be periodically replaced are excluded unless they arrive defective.
Products used in high-frequency, industrial, rental, public, or institutional environments are covered only when the product is expressly identified as suitable for that level of use.
Provide complete information at the beginning of the claim to help us identify the product, assess the issue, and determine the most appropriate next step.
If a chair, desk, monitor mount, shelving unit, electrical product, or other item appears unstable or unsafe, discontinue use until the issue has been reviewed.
Include the order number, purchaser name, delivery address, product name, approximate delivery date, and any visible model or component labels.
Provide clear photographs showing the full product, the affected area, surrounding components, labels, assembly points, and packaging when relevant. A short video may be requested for movement, motor, control, or noise-related concerns.
Explain when the issue began, how the product was assembled, how it is used, whether it was moved or modified, and any troubleshooting already completed.
Our team may request additional measurements, images, serial information, troubleshooting steps, or confirmation that a product is no longer in use before approving a resolution.
Once a claim is approved, ErgoVora will select a reasonable remedy based on the nature of the defect, product condition, component availability, repair feasibility, and applicable legal requirements.
The remedy may address only the affected part rather than the complete product. Products should not be discarded, returned, or disassembled unless instructions are provided during the claim review.
Approved warranty components or replacement products are shipped without an additional standard shipping charge to the original delivery region.
A new compatible component, hardware kit, control element, or accessory may be supplied when the issue can be corrected without replacing the entire product.
Instructions, troubleshooting, approved repair arrangements, or reimbursement authorization may be offered when repair is practical and safe.
The product may be replaced with the same model or a comparable model when the original item or required component is no longer available.
A proportional or full refund may be issued when another approved remedy is unavailable, unreasonable, or required by applicable consumer law.
Routine inspection and appropriate care can extend product life, maintain ergonomic performance, and help prevent damage that is not covered by the limited warranty.
Periodically inspect screws, bolts, casters, mounting points, brackets, frame connections, shelving anchors, and adjustable components. Retighten only according to the product instructions.
Follow all published weight, dimension, monitor-size, electrical, surface, mounting, and usage limits. Distribute loads evenly across desks, shelving, storage, and seating.
Use a soft cloth and product-appropriate cleaner. Avoid abrasive tools, harsh solvents, saturation, excessive moisture, steam, and chemicals that may damage finishes or electrical components.
Use compatible floor protection, stable level surfaces, suitable wall anchors, and adequate clearance around moving desks, chair mechanisms, monitor arms, drawers, and doors.
Empty storage products before moving, support large components, secure moving parts, disconnect power, and lift rather than drag items whenever the product instructions recommend it.
Retain assembly instructions, labels, spare hardware, order confirmations, and product documentation. These materials make future adjustment and warranty identification easier.
These conditions define the scope of ErgoVora's limited warranty. They do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable state or federal law.
Coverage is provided to the original purchaser and is generally not transferable. Proof of purchase from ErgoVora is required unless another verification method is accepted during the claim review.
Colors, finishes, materials, components, and models may change. A replacement may differ cosmetically while providing reasonably comparable function, dimensions, quality, and value.
Visible shipping damage, missing packages, and transit-related concerns should be reported as soon as possible after delivery. These issues may be handled through a carrier or delivery claim rather than the limited warranty process.
To the extent permitted by law, ErgoVora is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from product downtime, installation, removal, business interruption, lost data, or use of substitute equipment.
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty is limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply in every location.
This policy gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Where this policy conflicts with a non-waivable consumer protection requirement, the applicable legal requirement controls.
Include your order details, a clear description of the issue, and photographs showing both the full product and the affected area. ErgoVora provides customer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
